🎯 The Role

As an Assistant Vice President (AVP) UI Developer, you will lead hands-on development for large-scale React and TypeScript monorepos powering complex financial applications. You will focus on component architecture, code quality, state management, and seamless API integrations across shared packages and frontend services.

🛠️ Tech Stack

• Core: React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• APIs & State: GraphQL, Apollo Client, REST APIs, Redux
• Architecture & Tooling: Monorepos (Turborepo, pnpm), Shared UI Kits, Design Systems
• Styling & Quality: Tailwind CSS, Vitest, Cypress, Testing Library

💼 What You'll Do

• Build, extend, and refactor production applications using React and TypeScript.
• Create maintainable, reusable UI component patterns and shared frontend packages.
• Integrate complex UI features with backend services via GraphQL and REST endpoints.
• Establish code conventions, typing standards, and maintainability best practices.
• Mentor fellow developers and drive continuous code quality improvements.

✅ What You'll Need

• 10+ years of dedicated frontend engineering experience in modern Web UI development.
• Proven track record with React, TypeScript, and state management in enterprise codebases.
• Hands-on experience with monorepo setup, shared UI libraries, and package architecture.
• Strong expertise in API integrations using REST and GraphQL.
• Experience applying automated testing methodologies and AI-assisted workflows.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Deep experience with Apollo Client, Turborepo, pnpm, and Vitest/Cypress.
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS and enterprise accessibility (a11y) standards.
• Experience in B2B or workflow-heavy financial engineering contexts.
