🎯 The Role

As a Senior UI Engineer (Corporate Title: AVP) based in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for planning and developing modern frontend solutions across the bank's core digital platforms. You will engineer reliable, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces, translate complex financial and business workflows into intuitive client experiences, and drive reusable engineering standards across distributed engineering squads.

💼 What You'll Do

• Develop highly responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect UI components and applications using React.js and TypeScript.
• Architect and integrate frontend interfaces with high-throughput REST APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and real-time WebSockets.
• Build reusable UI modules, component patterns, and shared design systems across enterprise banking portals.
• Optimize web applications for performance, cross-browser compatibility, and memory efficiency.
• Partner closely with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and backend teams to deliver resilient features in an Agile environment.
• Mentor junior frontend developers, champion clean code practices, and lead frontend design and architecture reviews.

✅ What You'll Need

• 5 to 14 years of professional experience building enterprise web applications with modern frontend architectures.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern state management (Redux Toolkit, Context API).
• Deep expertise in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, responsive web design, accessibility (WCAG), and web performance tuning.
• Proven experience integrating data-driven interfaces consuming REST, GraphQL, or streaming APIs.
• Practical experience with automated testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Solid understanding of Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and software engineering best practices.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Microfrontends, Module Federation, or Monorepo architectures.
• Familiarity with data visualization libraries like D3.js or Chart.js.
• Cloud experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
