🎯 The Role

As a Full Stack Developer, AS on the CRM platform team, you will contribute to a large-scale enterprise application built with a React/TypeScript micro-frontend monorepo and PHP backend. You will also participate in evolving modern microservices using Kotlin and Java.

🛠️ Tech Stack

• Frontend: React, TypeScript, Turborepo, pnpm, Apollo Client
• Backend: PHP, GraphQL, Kotlin, Java, Spring Boot
• Database & Infrastructure: PostgreSQL, Oracle, Docker, Kubernetes
• Testing: Playwright, Cypress, Vitest, Jest

💼 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain frontend features using React, TypeScript, and shared UI component libraries.
• Implement GraphQL schemas, resolvers, and integrate Apollo Client/Server workflows.
• Develop backend services in PHP and migrate/create new microservices in Kotlin/Java.
• Ensure software reliability with unit, integration, and E2E testing using Playwright and Cypress.
• Collaborate with tech leads on architecture, service boundaries, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.

✅ What You'll Need

• 4 to 8 years of hands-on full-stack software development experience.
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and state management practices.
• Practical experience with GraphQL APIs and micro-frontend monorepo tools like Turborepo.
• Proficiency in PHP alongside Kotlin or Java/Spring Boot backend experience.
• Experience with relational databases and automated testing frameworks.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Background in microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, or event-driven design.
• Banking or financial services domain experience.
• Experience leveraging AI productivity tools in daily development workflows.
