As a Staff Front-End Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and building AI-driven chat experiences for Agoda’s AI Assistant. This includes developing solutions for trip planning, discovery, customer support flows, and proactive recommendations. You will collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to define, build, and scale cutting-edge AI solutions that make travel planning intuitive, personalized, and effortless for millions of global customers. The role requires a visionary Front-End architect with a strong hands-on approach, integrating innovative AI capabilities and rapidly validating ideas through experimentation to create measurable impact on traveler experience and business outcomes, while upholding Agoda’s standards for privacy, reliability, and responsible AI use. This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand, with relocation support provided.
