🎯 The Role

As a Staff Front-End Engineer in Bangkok, you will design and build AI-driven chat experiences that power Agoda’s AI Assistant, trip planning and discovery, customer support flows, and proactive recommendations. You will work closely with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to define, build, and scale the next generation of AI solutions that make travel planning intuitive and personalized.

💼 What You'll Do

Spearhead architecture and system design of Agoda’s next-generation front end and AI-driven interfaces.

Drive best-in-class performance, accessibility, and usability across high-traffic global web properties.

Act as a mentor and subject-matter expert for front-end engineering teams.

Influence stakeholders across Product and Business organizations to validate ideas through rapid experimentation.

Set front-end engineering standards and ensure platform scalability.

✅ What You'll Need

8+ years of experience building and leading rich web applications at scale.

Deep mastery of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue).

Proven track record of architecting high-performance SPA/SSR front ends with strong Core Web Vitals metrics.

Strong background in technical leadership, system design, and cross-functional stakeholder influence.
