🎯 The Role

As a Staff Software Engineer in the Full Stack Engineering organization in Gurugram, you will lead technical direction across customer-facing web and cross-platform applications. This role focuses on frontend-heavy full-stack systems, with deep ownership of the Backend for Frontend (BFF) tier connecting user interfaces with core microservices.

💼 What You'll Do

• Architect and deliver full-stack features used by millions of global travelers across web and mobile web.
• Own end-to-end technical execution across client-side components and the BFF layer.
• Provide architectural leadership and mentorship to engineers across multiple squads.
• Partner with Product and UX teams to run multivariate experiments driving key business metrics.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, improve reliability, and champion clean architecture principles.

✅ What You'll Need

• 8+ years of software engineering experience shipping production systems at scale.
• Deep expertise in modern frontend engineering with React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying Backend for Frontend (BFF) layers.
• Proficiency with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Kotlin, Java, or Python.
• Strong background in API design, web performance optimization, and architectural leadership.

• Previous experience with large-scale web migration projects or hybrid WebView platforms.
• Background in high-traffic consumer internet, travel, or e-commerce applications.
