🎯 The Role
Shape the future of frontend engineering at Agoda as a Staff Software Engineer in Bangkok. You will lead Agoda's frontend architecture transformation and drive seamless customer experiences for millions of travelers worldwide. You will join an international, multilingual engineering team in Bangkok with full expat relocation support.

💼 What You'll Do
- Spearhead architecture and system design of Agoda’s next-generation front end platform.
- Drive best-in-class performance, accessibility, and usability across desktop and mobile web experiences.
- Mentor and guide senior frontend engineers as a technical subject-matter expert.
- Influence stakeholders across Product and Business organizations to deliver high-impact user experiences.
- Set technical standards and ensure scalability and resilience for global traffic.
✅ What You'll Need
- 8+ years of experience building and leading rich web applications at scale.
- Deep mastery of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue).
- Proven experience building robust, high-performance SPA/SSR front ends with strong Core Web Vitals.
- Strong background in technical leadership, system design, and cross-functional team collaboration.

- Experience with A/B experimentation and data-driven product iteration.
- Experience in high-volume travel, e-commerce, or consumer marketplace platforms.
