🎯 The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll design, build, and maintain both frontend and backend components of Deel's platform. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, high-quality solutions that power global workforce and payroll services.

🛠️ Tech Stack

TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Express, Postgres; plus NestJS, Vite, Next.js, Docker, Kubernetes, Jest, Storybook, Cypress.

💼 What You'll Do

• Develop responsive web applications with TypeScript, React, and Express.
• Design and implement server-side APIs, data models, and business logic.
• Build client-side React components, hooks, stories, and tests.
• Optimize database schemas and queries with Postgres.
• Write thorough tests and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in code reviews and improve development processes.

✅ What You'll Need

• At least 8 years of full-stack experience focused on TypeScript.
• Expert-level proficiency with TypeScript, React, Express, and related tools.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in a remote-first culture.
• Business-focused approach and attention to customer experience.

• Experience with SaaS products on a major cloud vendor.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and async programming.
• Testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, Chai, Storybook, React Testing Library, Cypress.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
