🎯 The Role

As a Front End Engineer at Deel, you will build and maintain user interfaces that power the global employment platform. You will turn design prototypes into clean, responsive code, improve frontend performance, and ensure a seamless experience for millions of users worldwide.

💼 What You'll Do

• Build intuitive, high-performance web applications using React and TypeScript
• Work in a cross-functional squad alongside backend engineers, product managers, designers, and QA
• Participate throughout the development lifecycle from feature scoping to production delivery
• Implement frontend features, integrate APIs, and write modular, maintainable code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize client-side performance

✅ What You'll Need

• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, and React (Hooks, lifecycle patterns)
• Solid grasp of frontend state management and component architecture
• Working proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and server-side JavaScript (Node.js)
• Based in and aligned with UTC-6 to UTC-9 time zones
• High ownership and strong communication skills in a remote environment
