🎯 The Role
Deel is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their Growth Monetization R&D team, focusing on the APAC region. This role involves end-to-end ownership of features across the client, server, service, and database layers within a cross-functional team. You will contribute to product planning from discovery to deployment, ensuring a white-glove experience for customers.

💼 What You'll Do
- Develop high-quality, responsive web applications.
- Design and implement server-side APIs, data models, and business logic.
- Create client-side React components, hooks, stories, and tests.
- Optimize database schemas, queries, and interactions with Postgres.
- Build reusable and modular components for both frontend and backend.
- Perform thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated with web development trends and recommend improvements.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Communicate project progress and solutions effectively.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

- At least 4 years of full-stack experience, with a strong focus on TypeScript development.
- Expertise in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining applications using the specified tech stack.
