🎯 The Role

As a Senior Associate Frontend Engineer within the Wealth & Retail Banking (WRB) Tech division, you will be at the forefront of digital transformation. Working inside dedicated agile delivery squads, you will architect, implement, and maintain customer-facing digital banking interfaces and internal platform portals that serve millions of clients across the globe.

• Core Languages: JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Frontend Frameworks: ReactJS, Vue, or Angular
• Architecture: Micro-Frontends, Declarative Programming, Unidirectional Data Flow
• State & Styling: Zustand, Redux, Tailwind CSS, Responsive Web Design
• Tooling & Build: Vite, Webpack, NPM, Yarn
• DevOps & Platforms: Docker, Nginx, Shell scripting, CI/CD pipelines, Hybrid App WebViews

💼 What You'll Do

• Build accessible, highly responsive web-based digital banking applications for retail and wealth customers.
• Architect and integrate micro-frontend modules with declarative UI programming paradigms.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX designers, and backend squads to translate business workflows into production software.
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility across modern desktop viewports and mobile hybrid WebView environments.
• Maintain rigorous code quality standards through automated unit testing, UI component testing, and code reviews.

✅ What You'll Need

• 5+ years of proven software engineering experience with a strong focus on client-side web development.
• Deep technical mastery of modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern component frameworks (React).
• Solid expertise in responsive UI design, modern CSS, and cross-browser compatibility resolution.
• Practical experience designing and maintaining micro-frontend architectures and state management systems.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Previous experience working within international fintech, wealth management, or banking organizations.
• Familiarity with mobile hybrid bridges, WebView wrappers, and web application security standards.
