🎯 The Role
As a Lead UI Engineer, you will bridge the gap between complex blockchain protocols and seamless user experiences. You will lead the technical direction for frontend architectures while collaborating on backend DLT modules. This is a high-impact role requiring a balance of deep technical expertise and the ability to navigate a regulated, agile enterprise environment.

💼 What You'll Do
- Build and maintain blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and tokenization modules.
- Architect scalable UI solutions for managing complex client journeys in the digital asset space.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence through code reviews.
- Resolve complex issues in blockchain applications, ensuring high availability and integrity.
- Collaborate with compliance and security teams to align designs with internal control frameworks.
✅ What You'll Need
- Proven experience in E2E software development within an agile, flat organizational structure.
- Strong expertise in React and frontend design patterns for data-heavy applications.
- Experience with container orchestration (Helm/K8s) and cloud-native deployments.
- Deep knowledge of cryptography, including encryption and secure key management.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
🌟 Nice to Have
- Experience with Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization projects.
- Familiarity with Decentralized Identity (DID) frameworks.
