🎯 The Role
As a Web Engineer within the Delivery Sprint Teams, you will focus on high-impact product development for the Bank’s digital channels. You will build user-centric web applications for both internal staff and external customers, working in a modern environment that emphasizes Micro-Frontend architecture and cross-functional collaboration between development, operations, and business.
🛠️ Tech Stack
- ReactJS, Vue, or Angular
- TypeScript & JavaScript (ES6+)
- Micro-Frontend Design Patterns
- Mobile Hybrid Architecture (WebView, JS Bridge)
- DevOps (Docker, Nginx, Jenkins, ADO)
- Build tools: Webpack, Vite
💼 What You'll Do
- Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications for digital banking
- Implement scalable solutions using Declarative Programming and Unidirectional Data Flow
- Collaborate with Product Owners and squads to refine end-to-end user journeys
- Manage delivery pipelines and ensure code maintainability through unit and UI testing
- Constant analysis and technical improvement of the digital channel platforms
✅ What You'll Need
- 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience, preferably in international tech orgs
- Expert-level knowledge of at least one major web framework (React/Vue/Angular)
- Strong understanding of UI design principles and responsive web compatibility
- Hands-on experience with the DevOps toolchain (Git, Jenkins, Artifactory)
- Familiarity with web security and Pen Testing standards
🌟 Nice to Have
- Experience in the financial services or banking sector
- Knowledge of shell scripting and Nginx configuration
- BS or MS in Computer Science or Software Engineering
