You will join the PCS Enterprise Platform team, a critical division building the next generation of visualization platforms for patient care. This is a highly visible Staff-level role where you will own the end-to-end design and implementation of core features used in hospitals worldwide.

💼 What You'll Do

• Lead technical architecture discussions and present solutions via whiteboarding.
• Bridge the gap between product requirements and high-performance engineering.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers to build a culture of excellence.
• Conduct deep-dive performance assessments and system optimizations.
• Ensure the interrelationship between complex modules remains robust and scalable.

• 12+ years of professional experience in full-stack engineering.
• Deep mastery of the Angular ecosystem and Java/Spring Boot.
• Proven success in designing modular microservices platforms.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS or a related field.
