🎯 The Role
Intuit is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to act as the Technical Lead of the IES Contracts POD within the FLP Tech team. You will own the technical vision and strategy for the Contracts domain, driving solutions for the IES Mid-Market lead-to-cash process. This role involves working cross-functionally with architects, product managers, and business units to deliver durable, scalable capabilities.

💼 What You'll Do
- Lead the technical vision and strategy for the Contracts domain
- Gather requirements, design and develop applications, prototypes, and POCs
- Stay hands-on with coding (50%+ on code design and reviews)
- Define success metrics aligned with business goals like reducing lead-to-cash cycle time
- Champion Ecosystems and Platform thinking across short- and long-term planning
- Engineer closed-loop agentic workflows to automate PDLC tasks
- Mentor engineers and elevate team effectiveness
- Work across product management, various product lines, and business units
✅ What You'll Need
- 10+ years of experience architecting Oracle ERP & SaaS offerings
- BTech/MTech in Computer Science or equivalent
- Expertise in Domain-Driven Design and hexagonal architecture
- Strong proficiency with React, Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and Oracle SQL
- Experience with TDD, Kubernetes/Docker, and CI/CD
- Proven ability to solve highly complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
🌟 Nice to Have
- Experience with enterprise Finance products (Oracle ERP, Coupa, Aravo)
- Good functional knowledge of Finance, Payments, and Sourcing
- Experience leveraging and contributing to open-source community projects
