🎯 The Role

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer (Front end) to drive the architecture, technical vision, and delivery of our next-generation international retail platforms. Operating across multiple countries and multi-billion-dollar business units, you will own large-scale frontend solutions that demand rock-solid scalability, resilience, and security.

🛠️ Tech Stack

• Frontend Core: React, React Native, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, AJAX
• API & Data Layer: GraphQL, REST APIs
• Tooling & Bundlers: Webpack, npm
• Backend / Runtime: Node.js
• Testing: Jasmine, Mocha, Enzyme, Nightwatch.js
• Practices: CI/CD automation, distributed systems, responsive & mobile-first architecture

💼 What You'll Do

• Architect and deliver resilient, high-scale web and mobile platforms used by millions of customers across international markets.
• Define technical roadmaps, establish engineering best practices, and lead code/design reviews.
• Drive proof-of-concepts (POCs) to evaluate new frontend tools, frameworks, and architecture patterns.
• Partner closely with global product visionaries, UX designers, and distributed engineering teams.
• Mentor and upskill engineering teams, fostering technical excellence and disciplined system design.
• Perform root cause analysis on production issues, performance bottlenecks, and reliability concerns.

✅ What You'll Need

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in frontend architecture.
• Extensive hands-on experience in React, Redux, React Native, GraphQL, and modern JavaScript.
• Proven track record designing and maintaining high-traffic, responsive, cross-platform applications.
• Strong expertise in unit and functional testing frameworks (Jasmine, Mocha, Nightwatch.js).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, production monitoring, and performance optimization at scale.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Android frameworks or mobile native bridge integrations.
• Experience with distributed cloud architectures and event-driven data streaming (Kafka).
