🎯 The Role

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer (Frontend) to join our Marketplace Item team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for building highly efficient experience and business workflow automations for Sellers and internal merchants. This is a startup-like environment where you'll have the opportunity to define, implement, and deliver impact at scale.

💼 What You'll Do

• Develop responsive UIs and reusable React components at scale.
• Impact millions of customers worldwide by deploying cutting-edge solutions.
• Leverage AI tools efficiently for analysis, design, and production support.
• Resolve complex performance bottlenecks using Chrome DevTools and Lighthouse.
• Lead architectural development and mentor team members as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Collaborate with UX and Product stakeholders to deliver sustainable engineered solutions.

✅ What You'll Need

• 9-14 years of intensive experience in React development.
• Mastery of modern frontend technologies (React/TypeScript/HTML/CSS).
• Proven ability to lead architectural processes and communicate with stakeholders.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience with frontend CI/CD automation and tooling pipelines.
• Exceptional problem-solving and debugging capabilities.

• Experience with graph and chart-based UI applications.
• Background in open-source contribution or startup environments.
• Passion for frontend security and accessibility at scale.
