🎯 The Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help build and maintain BY Portal, the central gateway for our diverse product suite. In this role, you will work within a TypeScript and React micro-frontend ecosystem, backed by Node.js/Express services. You will provide both hands-on technical development and architectural leadership to ensure scalable, resilient, and future-proof implementations. 💼 What You'll Do

• Architect, design, and develop responsive, scalable front-end applications utilizing React and TypeScript.
• Serve as the team's CSS specialist, leveraging modern tools like Tailwind and Radix to create stunning, AI-enhanced interfaces.
• Establish robust coding standards, reusability patterns, and front-end best practices.
• Develop comprehensive testing strategies encompassing unit tests, contract tests, E2E validation, and visual baselines.
• Configure catalog items, workflows, client/server scripts, and business rules to support complex enterprise integrations.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers, lead blameless incident reviews, and drive technical workshops.

✅ What You'll Need

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building front-end applications with React.js, Context API, Redux, or React Query.
• Deep expertise in modern CSS techniques, including responsive design, animations, and granular styling with Tailwind.
• Solid understanding of Node.js for developing RESTful APIs or GraphQL services.
• Proven track record with CI/CD pipelines, specifically GitHub Actions, and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience building distributed applications across cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Previous experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into user interfaces to create Agentic UI.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps methodologies and Agile development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
