🎯 The Role

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer with strong full-stack development experience to architect, design, develop, and deliver scalable SaaS solutions. The role will have a strong focus on React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Java technology. You will work closely with engineering teams and architects to build scalable, resilient, secure, event-driven, and multi-tenant applications while providing technical leadership and mentorship.

💼 What You'll Do

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack applications.
• Develop modern and reusable React/TypeScript UI components, hooks, libraries, and frameworks.
• Design and develop scalable Node.js REST APIs and backend services.
• Work with Java/Spring Boot services and contribute to backend architecture.
• Drive technical design decisions for microservices, event-driven, cloud-native, and multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
• Establish and promote engineering best practices around coding, testing, CI/CD, observability, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues.
• Mentor junior and senior engineers and provide technical guidance.

✅ What You'll Need

• 8+ years of software development experience with strong full-stack background.
• Strong experience with React.js and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and Java for building scalable REST APIs.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6+, and OOP.
• Experience with React Hooks, Redux, React Router, and reusable component development.
• Strong HTML5 and CSS skills with styled-components or Emotion.
• Experience with unit/integration testing using Jest or Mocha.
• Good knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth, and secure integration.
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Kafka or similar messaging technologies.
• Understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Azure/cloud-native technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.

• Working knowledge of Java and Spring Boot (secondary technology).
• Experience with CI/CD, GitOps, and Agile practices.
• Experience building developer toolkits or libraries.
