🎯 The Role

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will own the design, implementation, and operation of critical frontend and backend services. You'll balance rapid feature delivery with a 'reliability-first' mindset, ensuring our systems are scalable, maintainable, and robust.

• Frontend: React, TypeScript
• Backend: NestJS, TypeScript, Node.js
• Tooling: CI/CD, DevOps, ELK Stack, Azure
• Automation: Logic Apps, Workflow Automation

💼 What You'll Do

• Design and implement end-to-end solutions using TypeScript across the stack.
• Take full ownership of production features, from development to deployment.
• Champion QA and automated testing practices to ensure software quality.
• Optimize delivery pipelines and enhance runtime reliability through DevOps practices.
• Lead technical discussions and communicate design trade-offs to stakeholders.

✅ What You'll Need

• 7-10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep proficiency in React and NestJS using TypeScript.
• Proven track record of owning production systems at scale.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong expertise in automated testing and observability tools (ELK stack).

• Experience with Azure Logic Apps for workflow automation.
• Background in supporting high-traffic customer-facing SaaS products.
