🎯 The Role

As a Software Engineer III UI Developer, you will be a seasoned member of an agile team responsible for designing and delivering sophisticated web applications. This role demands a focus on building performance-optimized user interfaces and ensuring the technical feasibility of ambitious UI/UX designs while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

💼 What You'll Do

• Develop, build, and optimize high-performance UI components for complex web applications.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure designs map seamlessly to technical implementation.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Champion clean, maintainable, and efficient coding standards.
• Communicate design prototypes and technical ideas clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Actively participate in user research to iterate and improve the overall user experience.

✅ What You'll Need

• 3+ years of professional experience as a UI Developer or Frontend Engineer.
• Strong expertise in modern JavaScript and libraries like React (or Angular/Vue.js).
• Deep proficiency in HTML, CSS, and CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS).
• Solid grasp of responsive design principles and web standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
