🎯 The Role
This full-time Lead Software Engineer - Front End/React seat sits in the Chief Technology Office in Bengaluru. You will lead design and delivery of trusted technology products, own critical frontend solutions across technical areas, and help raise engineering standards — including responsible use of approved AI-assisted tools in the SDLC.

💼 What You'll Do
- Design, build, and troubleshoot software solutions
- Deliver cloud-native, microservices-based applications end to end
- Apply domain modeling to business products
- Ship secure production code and review peers' work
- Automate remediation of recurring issues
- Lead communities of practice and resolve incidents promptly
- Drive adoption and governance of approved AI-assisted engineering practices with clear validation standards
- Use SDLC toolchain automation to improve delivery at scale
- Keep technologies and patterns current
- Design scalable, secure architectures without single points of failure
✅ What You'll Need
- Formal software engineering training or certification plus 10+ years of applied experience
- Strong modern frontend skills: JavaScript or TypeScript with React (or similar)
- Ability to solve design and functionality problems with little supervision
- Solid grasp of modern JavaScript design patterns
- HTML5, CSS, and preprocessors such as Sass or LESS
- Agile delivery experience and full SDLC fluency
- Proven leadership using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools, including validation for correctness, performance, and security
- Strong responsible-AI judgment around data sensitivity and secure handling of inputs/outputs
- Advanced understanding of CI/CD, application resiliency, and security
