🎯 The Role
Within Enablement Apps, the Partner Operations & Stakeholder Acceleration (POSA) team focuses on partner integration enablement and foundational services that power the partner lifecycle. In this Senior UI Engineer role, you will lead the creation and modernization of web platforms that support more than 1,000 external partner users across every global region, giving them transparency, secure data access, and integration management tools.

💼 What You'll Do
- Drive frontend technical direction from product discovery to production deployment.
- Revamp existing partner portals into clean, modern, and accessible web experiences.
- Partner with product managers and product designers to simplify complex commercial and technical workflows.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to define clear, ergonomic API contracts.
- Ensure exceptional software reliability, performance, and security across global partner interactions.

- Proven background in software engineering with substantial experience in frontend UI architecture.
- Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS/HTML.
- Working knowledge of Node.js and full-stack integration patterns.
