🎯 The Role
As a Senior UI Developer specializing in ReactJS, you will play a critical role in the entire development lifecycle, from design and planning to deployment. You will be responsible for building highly scalable, multi-tier, and distributed server software applications, working closely with Tech, Design, and Quality teams to launch innovative products for Indian travelers. This role emphasizes end-to-end ownership of modules and a commitment to best practices.

💼 What You'll Do
- Be involved in all aspects of development, including design, planning, development, and deployment.
- Help develop and implement best practices for future development.
- Work closely with Tech, Design, and Quality teams to build and launch products.
- Code, develop, design, and architect features for existing applications, taking end-to-end ownership of modules.
- Design, implement, and maintain highly scalable, multi-tier, distributed server software applications.
- Deliver across the entire application life cycle: design, build, deploy, test, release, and support.
- Collaborate directly with developers and product managers to conceptualize, build, test, and realize products.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
✅ What You'll Need
- 3-5 years of experience in advanced JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, AJAX, JSON, and DOM Concepts.
- Strong knowledge of latest JS frameworks and libraries like ReactJS and NextJS.
- Understanding of JS design patterns and concepts of OOPS and functional programming in JS.
- Practical working knowledge of front-end build tools such as Grunt, Gulp, or Webpack.
- Fluency in responsive design and development for mobile and tablet devices.
- Experience with JavaScript testing using tools like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
- Proficiency with Test Driven Development (TDD) and writing unit/UI tests.
- Knowledge of front-end performance improvements in common browsers and cross-browser compatibility issues.
- A strong sense of appeal and aesthetics from a usability perspective.
- An AI-first development approach with hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools.
- Ability to identify and implement AI-driven initiatives to improve engineering productivity and product capabilities.
- Understanding of AI agents, agentic workflows, and how AI agents automate development and business use cases.
