🎯 The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer in Pune, you will partner intimately with our global customer base to build SaaS solutions. You'll move from a monolithic Rails app to a modular, service-oriented architecture, managing complex scheduling systems for multi-million user scales.

• Drive critical scalability projects for live core systems.
• Build a world-class system for managing construction schedules.
• Mentor teammates through code reviews and pairing sessions.
• Establish engineering standards across platform and infrastructure teams.

✅ What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering fundamentals.
• Deep expertise in React and working knowledge of Java/Spring or Ruby.
• Proven track record in building high-scale enterprise applications.
• Strong command over TDD and clean design principles.
