🎯 The Role

Procore is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Frontend to join the Hubs Platform engineering group within the Product & Technology organization in Bengaluru. In this high-impact, high-visibility role, you will architect the runtime systems that power Procore Hubs—the foundational UI platform enabling deep interface customization for every Procore customer across the globe.

💼 What You'll Do

• Architect, develop, and scale the frontend runtime platform for Procore Hubs using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Design modular microfrontend systems that empower engineering teams across Procore to build and deploy custom UI experiences effortlessly.
• Champion test-driven development (TDD), writing clean, robust, and well-documented code following modern web engineering best practices.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure deterministic releases and rapid deployment cycles.
• Provide operational leadership for production UIs, maintaining high reliability to achieve 99.99% uptime.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers in frontend architecture, system design, and software craftsmanship.

✅ What You'll Need

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience specializing in frontend web architecture.
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and frontend platform design.
• Proven track record implementing test-driven development (TDD) and designing resilient UI and API contracts.
• Experience with microfrontends, modular component architectures, and frontend runtime optimization.
• Hands-on experience with production monitoring, incident triage, and maintaining high-availability web services.
• Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams across time zones.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with fullstack technologies including Node.js and Ruby on Rails.
• Background in building internal developer platforms, UI SDKs, or design system runtimes.
• Experience establishing automated CI/CD workflows and deployment infrastructure.
