🎯 The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Microsoft Ads Editor team, you will build and maintain a cross-platform desktop application that enables advertisers to efficiently manage large-scale digital marketing campaigns. You'll work in a collaborative agile environment with experienced engineers, product managers, and designers.

💼 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain features for the Microsoft Ads Editor desktop application using React, TypeScript, C#, and .NET.
• Mentor early talent engineers and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code following Microsoft engineering standards.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve code quality and team practices.
• Own technical OKRs for the desktop application, improving reliability and performance.
• Contribute to automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for high-quality rapid releases.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies and foster a culture of learning and inclusion.

✅ What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in coding languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements including Cloud Background Check.
