🎯 The Role

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will define and own the frontend architectural vision for complex, high-scale products. You will translate product requirements and Figma designs into robust technical architecture, design scalable component libraries, drive performance and accessibility initiatives, and mentor senior engineers across the team.

💼 What You'll Do

• Define and own the frontend architecture for high-scale AI products.
• Design scalable component systems, UI frameworks, and internal tooling.
• Translate product requirements and Figma designs into resilient technical architectures.
• Lead performance tuning, accessibility, security, and bundling optimizations.
• Build reusable libraries, design systems, and shared packages for engineering velocity.
• Review critical code paths, guide best practices, and raise engineering standards.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, and Backend engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Mentor and level up senior engineers to operate at an architect level.

✅ What You'll Need

• 5 to 8 years of frontend engineering experience with deep React.js and TypeScript expertise.
• Proven track record architecting large-scale, modular frontend applications.
• Strong mastery of modern state management patterns and client-side data architecture.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript, Web APIs, browser rendering internals, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency with modern bundlers and build tools (Webpack, Vite, Turborepo).
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, RTL, Cypress) and robust CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to work from the office in Bengaluru.

• Experience with Next.js, SSR architectures, or micro-frontends.
• Hands-on experience developing design systems (Radix, MUI, Storybook).
• Contributions to open-source projects or developer tooling.
