🎯 The Role

Join the frontend engineering group to define the technical direction of user-facing systems and internal frontend platforms. This role combines architecture ownership, product collaboration and hands-on engineering across high-scale web experiences.

💼 What You'll Do

• Own frontend architecture across complex applications
• Build scalable UI frameworks and component systems
• Translate product ideas into production-grade interfaces
• Improve performance, accessibility and security
• Create reusable engineering packages and design systems
• Mentor engineers and elevate frontend quality

✅ What You'll Need

• 4–8 years building frontend applications
• Strong React and TypeScript expertise
• Experience designing modular frontend systems
• Knowledge of browser internals and optimisation
• Experience with testing and modern build pipelines
• Ability to influence technical direction
