🎯 The Role

This is an architecture-level frontend role, not a feature-shipping one. You'll own the frontend foundation for a product used by millions of developers — defining component systems, internal tooling, and the technical direction other engineers build on. Expect heavy involvement in performance, accessibility, security, and scalability decisions, plus mentoring senior engineers toward architect-level thinking.

• React + TypeScript

• Build tools: Webpack, Vite, Turborepo
• REST, GraphQL, client-side caching
• Testing: Jest, RTL, Cypress

💼 What You'll Do

• Define and own frontend architectural vision for complex, high-scale products
• Design scalable component systems, UI frameworks, and internal tooling
• Translate product and Figma designs into technical architecture
• Lead performance, accessibility, security, and scalability initiatives
• Build reusable libraries and design systems for engineering efficiency
• Review critical code paths and set engineering standards
• Mentor senior engineers toward architect-level ownership

✅ What You'll Need

• 4-8 years frontend engineering experience, deep in React + TypeScript
• Experience architecting large-scale, modular frontend systems
• Strong grasp of browser internals and performance tuning
• Comfort with modern build tooling and CI/CD workflows
• Strong production debugging track record

🌟 Nice to Have

• Next.js, micro-frontends, or SSR experience
• Design systems work (Storybook, MUI, Chakra, Radix)
• Open-source contributions or internal framework building
• Web security, accessibility, or SEO knowledge
