🎯 The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Community Support Engineering team, you will build the core software that empowers global support agents. You'll work on high-impact projects that directly improve agent experience and the quality of service for guests and hosts. This role involves driving double-digit percentage improvements across key metrics through strategic projects.

💼 What You'll Do
- Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering to execute product and business strategy.
- Drive the full development cycle: technical design, development, test automation, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
- Build efficient and reusable frontend web components with high quality, maintaining performance and scalability.
- Design and implement server-side APIs to support frontend requirements.
- Collaborate with Machine Learning and Generative AI Engineers to improve Community Support systems.
- Provide critical input on technical direction through engineering design discussions.
✅ What You'll Need
- 6+ years of industry experience.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in CS or equivalent experience.
- Experience architecting frontend systems with end-to-end feature ownership.
- Experience building large web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript libraries (React, GraphQL).
- Fluency in HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
- Demonstrated excellence in accessibility, performance optimization, and paved-path client practices.
- Product mindset with strong communication skills.
- Experience building UI for AI-driven features (classical ML and Generative AI).
- Proficiency in one or more back-end server languages (Java/Kotlin).
- Mentorship experience for junior developers.
