🎯 The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Microsoft Advertising Campaign UI team, you will build modern web experiences used by online advertisers to create and manage multi-billion dollar ad campaigns. You will work on building a new generation of Ads UI and analytical platforms, combining frontend craft with cutting-edge AI technologies.

🛠️ Tech Stack

• Frontend: React, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3
• Tools & Practices: Modern frontend development tools, AI-assisted development tools, telemetry and metrics infrastructure

💼 What You'll Do

• Work closely with PMs, UX designers, and cross-functional teams to bring features from initial concept to live production
• Build high-scale Web UI for advertiser demand management platforms
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities into user experiences to simplify workflows
• Define metrics and build data pipelines to track product impact and user behavior
• Drive strong engineering standards and support team growth

✅ What You'll Need

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong experience with ReactJS and modern frontend web development workflows
• Proficiency in data-driven decision making and feature metrics tracking
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
• Ability to meet Microsoft cloud security screening requirements

• Experience with C#, Java, C++, or Python in addition to frontend tech
• Experience leveraging AI development tooling to boost engineering efficiency
• Background in digital advertising platforms or complex web dashboards
