🎯 The Role

As Senior Manager of the Ads Customer Interface engineering team, you will hire and develop a team designing and operating customer-facing web applications including Campaign Management, DSP, Data Management Platform, Reporting, and Forecasting tools — all built on React and Node.js, with increasing use of agentic AI.

💼 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team to deliver product and technical roadmaps
• Hire quality engineers and set clear team objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define goals and scope for business initiatives
• Provide technical guidance and remove project impediments
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous validation and testing
• Foster adoption of AI tools within the engineering team

✅ What You'll Need

• 16+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years leading teams
• Deep understanding of the full SDLC
• Proven record implementing code review, CI/CD, automated testing
• Experience hiring, training, and mentoring engineers
• Strong stakeholder collaboration skills

• Familiarity with agentic AI toolchains (Claude Code, Cursor, MCP)
• Ad tech or streaming domain experience
