🎯 The Role

Inception42 is hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to design, build, and optimize customer-facing applications powered by complex AI systems. In this role, you will build responsive web apps, contribute to shared design systems, and connect client interfaces to real-time AI inference streams. You will collaborate closely with product designers, backend engineers, and AI researchers to ship intuitive user experiences.

💼 What You'll Do

• Build scalable frontend applications and reusable component libraries using React and Next.js
• Implement streaming interfaces that display real-time AI responses over WebSockets and Server-Sent Events
• Establish modular frontend architecture and ensure consistency with internal design systems
• Profile and optimize web applications for Core Web Vitals, SSR hydration, and low runtime latency
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to guarantee high product reliability
• Mentor junior team members, conduct code reviews, and promote frontend engineering best practices

✅ What You'll Need

• 5+ years of professional frontend web development experience
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with TypeScript
• Proven experience building and maintaining enterprise production applications with React.js and Next.js
• Practical experience with centralized state management patterns (Zustand, Redux Toolkit)
• Solid background integrating real-time communication protocols such as WebSockets or SSE
• Disciplined testing habits using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress
• Ability to work onsite at the Inception42 office in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience building interfaces for generative AI, LLM interactions, or human-in-the-loop platforms
• Familiarity with Vue.js, Micro Frontends, Module Federation, or Progressive Web Apps (PWAs)
• Exposure to multi-tenant architectures or high-traffic enterprise platforms
• Active contributions to open-source libraries or developer communities
