🎯 The Role

As a Senior Consultant Specialist, you will take on a pivotal role in our Technology department, focusing on the architectural integrity and delivery of our global user interfaces. This is a technical leadership position where you will define UI standards, ensure global accessibility compliance, and drive the performance of mission-critical banking systems.

💼 What You'll Do

• Architect and deliver reusable component libraries and UI patterns to be used across global IT systems.
• Enforce performance budgets by optimizing rendering, bundle sizes, and caching mechanisms.
• Implement responsive and WCAG-compliant accessible interfaces for a diverse user base.
• Partner with Technical Leads across Pune, London, and Canada to implement functional and data requirements.
• Maintain high code quality through rigorous reviews, pair programming, and proactive mentorship.
• Provide expert 3rd line support for complex production incidents when necessary.

✅ What You'll Need

• A deep portfolio of work across all tiers of the project, from frontend to backend database design.
• Expert-level understanding of React ecosystems and Single Page Application (SPA) architecture.
• The ability to manage your own time effectively while working under pressure in a multi-site team.
• Strong experience with professional release procedures and modern source control practices.
• A collaborative attitude that thrives in cross-cultural work environments.
