🎯 The Role
As a Senior Consultant Specialist within the Corporate Payments Technology team, you will drive frontend technical design, architectural patterns, and execution across agile delivery pods. You will bridge complex product requirements into robust high-level and low-level designs, write proof-of-concept solutions, mentor engineering pods, and ensure bank-grade security, scalability, and observability standards.

💼 What You'll Do
- Define scalable application architectures and produce detailed technical specifications and pseudocode.
- Lead agile pods technically to write maintainable, resilient, and secure frontend code.
- Build and maintain observability standards including client monitoring, system alerting, and error recovery mechanisms.
- Review pull requests meticulously, upholding high engineering standards and mentoring junior team members.
- Coordinate technical integration and service delivery with distributed platform and backend teams.
- Diagnose and resolve critical production defects and performance bottlenecks.
✅ What You'll Need
- 10 to 15 years of software engineering experience with substantial hands-on focus on React, Redux, and Node.js.
- At least 10 years of experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frontend build tooling.
- Solid experience testing frontend applications using Jest, Mocha, Chai, or Jasmine.
- Strong track record of leading technical design and execution for enterprise-scale platforms.
- Excellent communication skills to defend technical decisions and advocate for optimal architectural patterns.
- BE, MCA, or equivalent technical degree.
