🎯 The Role

As a Frontend Lead, you will be the technical anchor for web interfaces at Headout. This role goes beyond coding; you will shape the architecture, set technical standards, and ensure the delivery of high-performance user experiences for a global audience. You will work at the intersection of product, design, and engineering to create maintainable and scalable systems.

• Make strategic technology choices that balance innovation with stability.

✅ What You'll Need

• 6-8 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Mastery of modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and web fundamentals.
• Experience in optimizing web performance and understanding complex browser behaviors.
• A proven track record of taking ownership and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
• Curiosity to learn and the judgment to adopt new technologies effectively.
