🎯 The Role
As the Lead Frontend Engineer for Web, you will be the technical anchor for Headout's web interfaces. You will take ownership of the architecture, quality, and delivery of high-performance frontend systems. This role requires a balance of hands-on engineering execution and thoughtful leadership to guide the technical direction of the web platform.

💼 What You'll Do
- Architect and evolve robust frontend systems designed for scalability and long-term product impact.
- Lead cross-functional projects from inception to delivery, ensuring top-tier code quality, UX, and performance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, backend engineers, and designers to translate requirements into reliable UI components.
- Mentor and grow frontend engineers within the team by sharing best practices and providing constructive feedback.
- Make pragmatic technical decisions regarding new tools and frameworks.
✅ What You'll Need
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience building and deploying production-grade web applications.
- Deep technical expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend design principles.
- A proven track record of designing highly scalable and performant architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js and modern styling approaches like CSS-in-JS.
- A deep understanding of browser behavior, responsiveness, and web performance optimization methods.
- Strong communication skills paired with a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset.
