🎯 The Role

As a Lead Front Engineer, you will join our team in Bengaluru in a hybrid capacity. You will own the frontend lifecycle for critical applications, ensuring high performance and technical excellence.

Note on Work Schedule: This role requires alignment with global teams, following a work schedule of 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.

🛠️ Tech Stack

• Framework: Angular (v10+)
• Languages: TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+)
• State Management: NgRx, RxJS
• Styles: HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS
• Nice to Have: Experience with Java/Spring Boot and SQL/NoSQL databases.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Build scalable and maintainable frontend architectures.
• Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Backend, QA).
• Ensure consistent UI/UX implementation across the platform through component libraries.
• Drive performance optimization and browser compatibility.

✅ What You'll Need

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of professional frontend experience.
• Mastery of the Angular ecosystem and TypeScript.
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage complex tasks independently.
