🎯 The Role

As a Senior UI Developer (Angular), you will join a remote-first team in India dedicated to building the next generation of healthcare software. This role stands out for its focus on AI-driven development, where you are expected to leverage tools like Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate delivery cycles and optimize code quality. You will have high autonomy to make design decisions for complex Angular applications and lead the technical evolution of shared UI component libraries.

💼 What You'll Do

• Build modern, fast SPAs that address unique laboratory and clinical business challenges.
• Actively integrate AI-assisted debugging and intelligent refactoring into your daily workflow.
• Partner with UX Designers and Product Managers to translate wireframes into scalable systems.
• Conduct design reviews and mentorship, ensuring the team adheres to clean code architecture.
• Write high-quality, well-structured code with a heavy emphasis on unit testing and TDD.
• Coordinate effectively between global IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on complex integrations.

✅ What You'll Need

• At least 5 years of professional UI engineering experience with a strong focus on the Angular ecosystem.
• Master-level command of TypeScript, RxJS, and dynamic frontend patterns.
• 3+ years specifically focused on building responsive, sophisticated UIs for enterprise applications.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and the full SDLC.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Previous experience or working knowledge of clinical healthcare or lab systems.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Experience designing and integrating complex API contracts and data-driven architectures.
• Prior experience with NoSQL database implementations.
