🎯 The Role
Goldman Sachs is hiring a Vice President - Frontend Engineering (UI/UX) based in Bengaluru. In this leadership role, you will direct the architecture, development, and modernization of user interfaces across wealth management platforms. You will bridge product design and technical execution, establishing comprehensive design systems and driving adoption of AI-augmented engineering workflows to build performant, data-dense client experiences.

- Leverage AI assistants to streamline repetitive boilerplate generation while ensuring absolute code security
- Identify and resolve client-side performance bottlenecks to guarantee snappy responsiveness on data-rich trading dashboards
✅ What You'll Need
- 7–11 years of professional software engineering experience focusing on frontend web applications
- Advanced mastery of React, TypeScript, and modern component lifecycle patterns
- Deep experience implementing predictable state management using Redux or related state libraries
- Firm grasp of web security, RESTful service integration, and data structures
- Solid track record collaborating with cross-functional technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
