🎯 The Role
HPE is hiring a UI Architect to guide the frontend vision and engineering strategy for the HPE Hybrid Cloud and GreenLake portfolio in Bengaluru. In this principal leadership position, you will design extensible frontend architectures, author shared component libraries, and build micro-frontend frameworks utilized by hundreds of engineers. You will drive technical direction, establish UI platform governance, and ensure seamless user experiences across complex enterprise cloud products.

💼 What You'll Do
- Set the technical direction and architecture for cloud-native web applications across HPE GreenLake
- Architect modular micro-frontend shells, shared platform capabilities, and reusable component libraries
- Drive consistent design system adoption and establish engineering guidelines across multi-team squads
- Partner with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineering teams to deliver responsive, accessible user interfaces
- Introduce AI-assisted engineering practices, automated testing, and robust CI/CD deployment pipelines
- Mentor senior engineers, lead architecture review boards, and champion frontend craftsmanship
✅ What You'll Need
- 10-15 years of software engineering experience with proven leadership in frontend web architecture
- Advanced mastery of React, TypeScript, and modern component-driven development
- Deep experience designing and scaling micro-frontend architectures for complex, multi-tenant enterprise platforms
- Solid foundation in cloud integration, API design (REST and GraphQL), and identity/access management (IAM)
- Hands-on familiarity with Terraform and cloud delivery services (S3, CloudFront, WAF, Route 53)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Ability to work from the Bengaluru office 2 days per week under HPE's hybrid model
