🎯 The Role
Multiplier is looking for a Staff Web Producer based in Bengaluru to treat the global marketing website as a mission-critical digital product. In this role, you will bridge the gap between Brand, Growth, Product, and Engineering—defining user journeys, managing the content-to-code lifecycle, and spearheading the migration to a modern Headless CMS architecture.

- Establish operational rhythms for design and development reviews to ensure sprint velocity and release quality.

- 7+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, Web Production, or Technical Web Operations for high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
- Strong technical fluency in modern web concepts: React component hierarchies, Headless CMS models, and deployment workflows.
- Proven experience designing and managing content models in modern headless CMS tools (Sanity, Contentful).
- Data-driven mindset using analytics platforms (GA4, Pendo, Segment) to guide roadmap prioritization.
