🎯 The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, Web Experience, you will own the frontend of Multiplier's marketing website. You'll build high-quality, responsive experiences including landing pages, campaigns, interactive demos, and visual storytelling. This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru.
🛠️ Tech Stack
- Core: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Astro
- Styling: Modern CSS, semantic HTML
- CMS: Headless CMS (Sanity, Contentful, Strapi, or headless WordPress)
- Testing: Automated visual-regression, cross-browser testing
- Infrastructure: Static generation, edge delivery, CDN
💼 What You'll Do
- Build pixel-perfect interfaces from Figma designs with thoughtful motion and interactions
- Develop and maintain the website using Astro, Next.js, React, and TypeScript
- Create reusable components and CMS-driven page-building tools for Marketing
- Migrate from legacy WordPress to a modern static and edge-delivered architecture
- Own performance, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, technical SEO, and browser compatibility
- Establish automated testing practices
- Collaborate with Design, Brand, Marketing, and other engineers
- Mentor engineers and raise frontend standards
✅ What You'll Need
- 6+ years of frontend or web-development experience with a strong portfolio
- Excellent design-engineering instincts and eye for typography, spacing, layout, interaction, motion
- Deep proficiency in semantic HTML, modern CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and component-based development
- Production experience with Astro, Next.js, or similar frameworks
- Strong knowledge of static generation, server rendering, hydration, caching, CDN, edge delivery
- Experience integrating a headless CMS
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals, accessibility, technical SEO, and frontend testing
- Experience creating reusable component systems
- Ability to deliver polished production experiences from creative concepts
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
