🎯 The Role

As a Staff Frontend Engineer for the Marketplace team, you will drive the design and implementation of our new e-commerce initiative. This high-impact individual contributor role involves shaping the technical strategy for integrating internal products and third-party services into a seamless, high-performance UI.

💼 What You'll Do

• Architect and maintain scalable frontend systems for the Marketplace platform.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving catalog management, checkout flows, and admin tooling.
• Set and enforce engineering excellence standards, including accessibility and performance benchmarks.
• Act as a technical advisor to product and design stakeholders during early solution discovery.
• Mentor and grow Staff and Senior engineers through technical leadership and code reviews.

✅ What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience delivering complex frontend applications at scale.
• Mastery of React patterns and TypeScript for building reliable interfaces.
• Experience developing shared component libraries or platform-level frontend tooling.
• Hands-on expertise in frontend performance optimization and modern build pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills to influence technical direction without direct authority.

• Experience with e-commerce, transactional platforms, or cloud-native backends.
• Exposure to micro-frontend architectures and frontend platformization strategies.
