💼 What You'll Do

Own and evolve the frontend architecture for the Marketplace platform ensuring scalability and long-term maintainability
Lead complex frontend initiatives spanning multiple teams and services including catalog, checkout, and integrations
Define and drive frontend engineering standards across Marketplace including architecture patterns and performance
Partner closely with Backend and Platform teams on API design, contracts, and system boundaries
Act as a technical advisor to Product and Design balancing user experience with engineering trade-offs
Mentor and guide Staff and Senior engineers through design reviews and technical mentorship

✅ What You'll Need

10+ years of professional frontend engineering experience
Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
Proven experience owning large-scale frontend architectures across multiple teams
Strong background in building shared component libraries and design systems
Hands-on experience with frontend performance optimization including Web Vitals
Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction without direct authority

Experience with marketplace, e-commerce, or transactional platforms
Exposure to microfrontend architectures and frontend platformization
Familiarity with cloud-native backends and distributed systems
Experience in observability, DevOps, or platform engineering ecosystems
