🎯 The Role

As a Software Engineer II on the Upland InGenius engineering team in India, you will contribute to browser applications that bridge enterprise CRM software with telecommunication systems. The position involves solving investigative technical challenges, navigating complex browser limitations, and architecting resilient client interfaces backed by modern AWS serverless cloud services.

💼 What You'll Do

Design and implement customer-facing capabilities across Angular browser applications.

Diagnose and solve browser performance bottlenecks, memory usage, CORS edge cases, and cross-browser variances.

Interface client applications with AWS serverless services (DynamoDB, AppSync, and Lambda functions).

Take ownership of features end to end, participating in technical scoping, testing, and continuous deployment.

Conduct peer code reviews, champion clean coding standards, and maintain balanced technical health.

✅ What You'll Need

4–5 years of professional software engineering experience with Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js.

Thorough comprehension of web platform fundamentals, including the DOM, CSSOM, event loop, same-origin security policies, and client storage mechanisms.

Hands-on background implementing and integrating GraphQL APIs.

Practical experience working with AWS cloud services and infrastructure-as-code concepts (CDK).
