💼 What You'll Do

• Architect and implement scalable UI components for M365 Copilot.
• Ensure technical excellence throughout the SDLC, from design to production.
• Use telemetry and data to constantly improve performance and reliability.
• Partner with designers and PMs to translate complex visions into elegant code.

✅ What You'll Need

• 4+ years of industry experience in software engineering and frontend development.
• Expert-level proficiency in React and the TypeScript ecosystem.
• Strong command of web fundamentals: accessibility, performance, and security.
• Experience with design systems and reusable component libraries.

• Familiarity with NLP concepts or chat-bot interfaces.
• Experience with large-scale cloud-deployed web applications.
