🎯 The Role

N1 is seeking a frontend-focused Full Stack Software Engineer to build and own client-facing products in New York City. In this position, you will create data-dense, real-time trading interfaces and decentralized web applications that interface with high-frequency blockchain primitives, while contributing across the backend infrastructure when needed.

💼 What You'll Do

• Lead the architecture and implementation of user-facing decentralized trading applications and financial dashboards.
• Build responsive, low-latency interfaces that handle high-frequency market data updates smoothly.
• Design clean abstractions for streaming real-time order books, transaction state, and portfolio margining.
• Collaborate across the full stack with Node.js and PostgreSQL to support complete feature rollouts.
• Champion high UX design standards, micro-interactions, and visual polish across all products.

✅ What You'll Need

• 3+ years of professional software development experience building scalable, interactive web applications.
• Strong proficiency in modern TypeScript and frontend component architecture.
• Demonstrated experience handling real-time data feeds, state management, and client-side performance optimization.
• Strong product sensibility with a keen eye for UI/UX details and usability.
• Ability to independently scope, execute, and deliver production features.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with SolidJS, TanStack Query, Tailwind CSS, or Vite.
• Prior background building trading interfaces, financial software, or data-dense visual analytics.
• Familiarity with WebSockets, streaming architectures, or blockchain ecosystems (EVM, Solana, wallet adapters).
