🎯 The Role

As an SDE II Fullstack Engineer on the Contacts Team, you will have end-to-end ownership of core customer-facing CRM modules, including contact records, segmentation rules, tags, documents, and notes. This position requires seamlessly bridging client-side interface development in Vue.js with high-throughput backend services and API design in Node.js.

💼 What You'll Do

• Design and ship responsive, component-driven user interfaces in Vue.js for managing high-volume contact records.
• Architect and maintain performant backend microservices and REST APIs using Node.js and NestJS.
• Take end-to-end technical ownership across database schemas, caching layers, business logic, and UI states.
• Optimize API queries, search indexing, and client rendering performance to support millions of daily operations.
• Write automated unit, integration, and E2E tests while establishing robust production monitoring and telemetry.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA, and cross-functional engineering peers.

✅ What You'll Need

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience across both frontend and backend domains.
• Solid foundations in JavaScript and TypeScript, paired with an AI-first approach to software development.
• Hands-on expertise building user interfaces with Vue.js (Vue 2/3) or other modern component-based frameworks.
• Demonstrated proficiency engineering backend services and REST APIs with Node.js.
• Solid understanding of database design principles across relational and NoSQL data stores.
• Experience navigating distributed architectures, Git workflows, and automated testing pipelines.

• Experience building high-scale B2B SaaS, CRM platforms, or contact management systems.
• Hands-on experience with NestJS, Redis, Elasticsearch, or micro-frontend architectures.
• Familiarity with event-driven system design, cloud-native deployments, and internationalization.
